In order to avoid a 3-night cancellation penalty, notice of cancellation must be received 21 days prior to arrival date for January 5 – April 9, 2013 & 14 days prior to arrival date for April 10 – December 21, 2013.

For guests departing prior to their departure date, Ladera reserves the right to charge an early departure fee equal to three nights of accommodation
