Reservation Terms
*Reservations will be secured with an advance deposit. The deposit is the greater amount of one nights room charge or half of the total room charge for your stay, excluding tax, and will guarantee your room for late arrival. In the event that you must cancel your reservation, this deposit will be refunded less a $20 processing fee provided that cancellation is made at least seven days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Reservations cancelled inside of seven days will forfeit this deposit.
