What are the benefits to my customer?

SECURE-RES has partnered with Webloyalty.com, Inc., the Internet's leading consumer loyalty company, to bring you and your customers this special program. Webloyalty has over a million members in its membership programs and provides these same benefits to top internet companies. When a customer signs up he or she is eligible to receive a $10 Cash Back Incentive good on their next reservation on your site. The program is designed to encourage repeat reservations.

Best of all, this program is absolutely no cost to you to implement and there is nothing to manage. Everything is handled by Webloyalty.

How has this program become available to SECURE-RES Hotels?

SECURE-RES has leveraged the strength of its entire network of Hotels to bring you this Customer Loyalty program typically only available to sites conducting thousands of transactions a day. You do have to confirm that your privacy policy permits you sharing consumer contact and billing information with Webloyalty.

The best part is, you do not have to do anything to activate it and it is cost-free to you. The software displays the banner advertisement on the reservation confirmation page after your customer completes a reservation on your site. The offer page will in no way interfere with your customers’ payment to you.

How does Webloyalty offer superior customer service?

Webloyalty offers educate your customers clearly about the program benefits and billing terms. A new member has instant, real-time access to benefits. Members enjoy a 30-day free trial and receive a pre-billing notification prior to the first billing. Members can cancel anytime via a toll free number to an in-house customer service call center, via email, or using an online cancel module. Webloyalty has a customer-friendly policy and it makes no attempt to “save” callers who want to cancel.

What if my customers contact me with questions?

If your customers call you with any questions, simply have them call the customer service center ET Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm). The toll-free phone number and customer service email address for Webloyalty’s service:

If your customer emails you with any questions, simply have your customer email the Webloyalty customer service email address provided above.

How does my customer get the $10.00 Cash Back Incentive?

  1. Your customer makes a reservation at your site.
  2. After the customer completes the reservation, he or she is presented with a banner advertisement on the reservation confirmation page, which reads: “Your reservation is complete. Click here to claim your $10 Cash Back Incentive on your next reservation! [continue button] By clicking above, you can claim your incentive from our preferred partner. See Details.”
  3. If the customer clicks on the banner, he or she is offered a 30-day free trial membership to a Webloyalty service. Once the customer signs up, he or she is eligible receive a $10 Cash Back Incentive toward the next reservation he or she makes on your site.

How do I get paid?

Payment to you is automatic and you do not need to do anything further to participate in this program.  As a participant, you will earn $50 for every 1,000 reservation transactions featuring this program, unless certain disruptive events have occurred.  Payment checks will be made out to your company and sent directly to the address in your SECURE-RES billing profile. Checks will be sent 45 days after the end of the calendar quarter in which you’ve earned at least a $50 check.

How do I sign up?

You do not need to do anything to sign up. The program is automatic for SECURE-RES Hotels. However, you do need to review your privacy policy to confirm it permits sharing your customers contact and billing information with Webloyalty.

What if I do not want to participate?

If you do not want to participate, follow these steps:

- Login to the SECURE-RES Booking Engine
- Select Edit Settings
- Click on Web Loyalty Program
- Uncheck the box to opt-out and click save.
