Repeat Reservation Loyalty Program

Your customers can get a $10 Cash Back Incentive on their next reservation at your site — at no cost to you! This program also lets you earn $50 for every 1,000 reservation transactions on your property site.

If you do not want to participate, simply opt out by following the instructions below. If you do wish to participate, simply review your privacy policy to confirm it permits sharing customer contact and billing information with Webloyalty.

Program Overview

SECURE-RES has partnered with Webloyalty, the Internet’s largest consumer loyalty company, to bring you this exciting program for repeat reservations and additional revenue.

Webloyalty is currently used by top Internet companies to generate increased revenue and offer promotions that encourage repeat reservations.

What's in it for me?

Repeat customers and a new source of revenue. Each customer who signs up for the offer is eligible for a $10 Cash Back Incentive paid by Webloyalty to use on their next reservation with you.

How Does It Work?

  1. Your customer makes a reservation at your site.
  2. After the customer completes the reservation, he or she is presented with a banner advertisement on the reservation confirmation page, which reads: “Your reservation is complete. Click here to claim your $10 Cash Back Incentive on your next reservation! [continue button] By clicking above, you can claim your incentive from our preferred partner. See Details.”
  3. If the customer clicks on the banner, he or she is offered a 30-day free trial membership to a Webloyalty service. Once the customer signs up, he or she is eligible receive a $10 Cash Back Incentive toward the next reservation he or she makes on your site.

The free 30-day trial membership includes all the money-saving benefits from the following service:

  • Reservation Rewards – A shopping discount and travel protection program

The $10 Cash Back Incentive is a rebate check. When a customer joins the service, they will have 90 days to book at a participating SECURE-RES hotel and send Webloyalty proof that they have made a new reservation. Your hotel will never have to worry about being reimbursed for the $10 because Webloyalty takes care of it in-house.

A customer can cancel his or her membership at any time. There is no obligation to remain in the program in  to use the $10 Cash Back Incentive. If a member does not cancel his membership, then it will continue for a low monthly charge currently $12, subject to change without notification paid directly to Webloyalty.

Note: Webloyalty advertisements and offers may be changed to improve customer results or for other reasons without notification to you, and Webloyalty may stop paying the fees described in this letter upon the occurrence of certain disruptive events. Additionally, Webloyalty may provide other benefits or make additional offers of Webloyalty services to any customer who signs up for a service offered by Webloyalty through your site.

What do I have to do?

You do not need to do anything at all to be in this repeat reservation program. Webloyalty will handle the rest, including funding and fulfillment of the $10 Cash Back Incentive. Webloyalty even provides a toll-free 800 number to answer all consumer questions. You need to review your privacy policy to confirm it permits sharing your customers contact and billing information with Webloyalty.

Guests can email or mail their requests. Include guest name, address, email address, and a copy of the confirmation or the hotel receipt.

Terms and Conditions of Program Participation

Hotel agrees to the marketing of Webloyalty’s services to its customers by means of the placement of a banner advertisement on its reservation confirmation pages (hosted by SECURE-RES) and reservation confirmation emails and by means of the email confirmations sent by Webloyalty to customers who have joined one of Webloyalty’s services, including, without limitation, the use of Hotel’s name and/or logo in the banner advertisement, the services’ offer pages, the confirmation emails and in customer service and renewal correspondence with Hotel’s customers who join any of the services. Hotel acknowledges that the copy and/or placement of the banner advertisement, and the terms and conditions of the services offered (including the benefits offered and the monthly fees charged), are subject to modification without notice to, or consent from, Hotel. Hotel acknowledges that Webloyalty shall have the right to directly bill and/or accept payment from any of Hotel’s customers that join the services, whether or not such customers maintain their relationships with Hotel and whether or not Hotel continues to market Webloyalty’s services. Hotel understands and agrees that Webloyalty shall not be obligated to pay Hotel any fees upon the occurrence of certain events described in the agreement between SECURE-RES and Webloyalty. Hotel further agrees that it shall have a privacy policy posted on it’s web pages that notifies consumers that their contact and billing information will be shared with Webloyalty if they sign up to try a Webloyalty program.

Opting Out of the Program

If you do not want to participate in this Repeat Reservation Loyalty program, follow these steps:

  • Login to the SECURE-RES Booking Engine
  • Select “Edit Settings”
  • Click on “Webloyalty Program”
  • Uncheck the box to opt-out and click “Save”
