Need to change or modify a reservation?

SECURE-RES supplies properties with software which enables them to accept reservations online. Only the property has the ability to modify or cancel your reservation. Please follow the steps below in order to modify or cancel your reservation.

If you need to cancel a reservation:

• Please go to the property's website on which you originally made your reservation.
• Click on "Reservations."
• If you see "Cancellations" under the "Check Availability" button, then the property prefers to take your cancellation online. Please click on this link. You will need to supply your last name, your confirmation number and email address to cancel a reservation. Once cancelled, you will receive another email confirming your cancellation.
• If you do not see "Cancellations" on the reservations page, then you will need to call the property directly to cancel your reservation. The property's phone number can usually be found on your reservation confirmation email or on the property website. Ask to speak to a reservations manager, if one is available. Explain you made a reservation directly on the property's website and you wish to cancel your reservation.

If you need to modify a reservation:

Do not make a new reservation online. Call the property directly. The property's phone number can usually be found on your reservation confirmation email or on the property website. Ask to speak to a reservations manager, if one is available. Explain you made a reservation directly on the property's website and you wish to modify your reservation.
