breach of contract, breach of warranty, failure to pay commissions, or any
other cause.
If
you make a reservation through the Secure-res.com website which is
not honored by the travel supplier due to oversale or the lack of a record
of the reservation, you agree that your sole remedy will be as set forth
in the tariff of the refusing supplier or applicable terms and conditions
of the supplier's policy and procedures.
No site participant assumes responsibility, and shall not be liable for,
any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or
other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in
the site or your downloading of any content, materials, data, text,
images, video or audio from the site. In no event shall any site
participant be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, direct or
otherwise, including any consequential, special, exemplary, punitive,
